I need an estimate of water restoration due to a flood that happened in my basement.

Water is not properly diverted away from the townhome in one corner. Water enters basement trickling indoors alongside the foundation down by the floorboards. My townhome association told me we need a grading diverting the water away from the home. A basement systems company told me I should install a sump pump and pvc pipe drainage.

Very Wet crawl space. Lots of condensation. HVAC duct are dripping they are so wet. Some standing water under house.

A downstairs basement bedroom had water run in from the egress window under the sill. The bedroom carpet was soaked and the drywall looks to be damaged. I sucked up about 2 gallons of water out of the carpet and it is mostly dry, but now I'm starting to notice a musty smell in the basement.

I had water coming in from the outside of the building from the foundation. I would like to see if there was any damage inside that needs to be taken care of.
